For over five years, this organization has operated at a financial loss, investing thousands of dollars into obtaining and analyzing court documents, transcripts, and official records. These efforts have yielded significant findings across a number of high-profile legal cases. They successfully unsealed documents from the Enron prosecution that revealed Special Counsel Mueller’s prosecutor, Andrew Weissmann, improperly threatened witnesses who considered cooperating with the defense. In the case of Lt. General Michael Flynn, they obtained transcripts highlighting the Department of Justice's failure to turn over exculpatory (Brady) material. Additional court records exposed FBI agents’ internal concerns about the Flynn investigation and pointed to targeting by FBI leadership. In the Bijan Rafiekian (Flynn Intel Group) case, the documents revealed the Department of Justice’s lack of clarity around prosecuting Foreign Agent Registration Act violations and their failure to investigate the origin of certain funds potentially tied to Turkey.
