Iran has the capacity to militarily shut down tanker traffic through the Strait of Hormuz. If it does, and that lasts for more than a month, then the world economy will suffer a heart attack. Can they do it? Yes. Will they? That all depends on what Trump does next.
Beware the propaganda - it's being thickly applied and it's very powerful. But also really obvious to see once you spot it. Still, it's dragging us toward war, one that will not be in America's economic or financial interests.

Israel attacked Iran demonstrating superior targeting and air supremacy. Iran has now lobbed missiles into Tel Aviv. Both sides are probably not done and things could easily escalate from here. If that involves attacks on Iran's oil refineries, or a closure of the Strait of Hormuz, then I will be issuing the mother of all Alerts.
